Bella Ciao!
The Bella Ciao band performs the hottest
Italian-American hits from the '50s to today including their first-ballot,
Grammy-nominated songs Blue
Italian Skies and Mambiambo, the Pasta Song, Monica from Monaco and more, in a fun-filled, all-ages show that has everyone livin'
la dolce vita.
Bella Ciao is the

American National Anthem at a major league baseball park. In 2007, Bella Ciao
played the American National Anthem the night Barry Bonds broke the all-time
home run record. Watch the video, below Above are
three short Bella Ciao videos. The one in the middle features our current lead
vocalist, the fabulous Laura LeBleu on the classic song, Tintarella di Luna. The one
on the right features band leader Tom Torriglia performing the famous
Italian-American hit, the Minestrone song. The one on the left features former
vocalist Mimi Ferrari. Bella Ciao is a 6-piece band.
Instrumentation includes accordion, a female lead vocalist, electric bass, electric guitar and
mandolin, sax, and drums. Bella Ciao is based in San Francisco but can travel
to anywhere people want to have a good time.

Saw you folks at Cotati, Outstanding
music!! Bella Ciao is smooth, professional, and fun. Your timing is
incredible. Missed you at the Reno Italian Festival, If I'd known you were
going to be there, I would have been there.
Jim Shelly October, 2005 I thoroughly enjoyed hearing "Bella Ciao" Sunday (October 9, 2005) at the El Dorado Cabaret. Remo Minato, Portland Italian Festival
You folks did an
outstanding job! The folks at the ACR (Accordion Club of the Redwoods) are far
from the toughest crowd you'll play for, BUT they don't "give away" standing
ovations. You folks EARNED those ovations. We all had a super time. Thank you
VERY much!! I heard you play on Sunday, June 5 (2005) and fell in love with your band! Renee D'Anna"From toe-tapping tarantella to the familiar musical interrogatory, 'Quando, Quando, Quando?' Bella Ciao's debut at Copia (Napa, CA) was well received by an enthusiastic crowd."-Pierce Carson, Napa Valley register 08/23/02 ** Read the whole review**In addition, Bella Ciao has performed at Copia Center for the Arts in Napa as part of a musical concert series, the world-renowned Purple Onion in San Francisco, and even hip nightclubs like San Francisco's VooDoo Lounge and Club Deluxe. In 2005, Bella Ciao signed with Festa Records and on September 1, released their latest CD, Legends of the Italian Lounge. Bella Ciao is represented by All Things Accordion. Bella Ciao is based in San Francisco and can travel anywhere.
